Dr Todd and Alexandra have always been there for me. They really listen to me and prescribe the best medication for my complaints. I???m not rushed during the appointments. The office staff is also very friendly and professional.

Everything. There is never any wait for my appointment. The diagnosis is always spot on and don???t feel they pressure you or add on unnecessary tests. The prescription process is immediately sent to your pharmacy. The patient website is excellent.

Very professional friendly office. From the time you pick up your phone to make a call pertaining to a appointment.,question for your physician or his nurse, PA, medication refill. As well as sending a message on their portal to my physician Dr. Quail who always answers and replies rather quickly and if needed he will get you into see him quickly. I???m very grateful to find this Physician as well as this well ran friendly office.

I saw Ms. Shoemaker on Thursday 6-29-2023 and she removed my stitches beautifully and she was professional, kind and a pleasure to see. Her assistant was also very nice and kind to me. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. The office is new and so clean and neat. I am a regular patient of Dr. Jansen who I like so much. He???s a wonderful man and Doctor.
