Love the medical provider. Front office had me fill out unnecessary forms for Medicare which I was not using. Wait time for just my lab work was a bit long.

The front office staff are friendly, polite and they always go above and beyond for me. Ms. Jessica and Ms. Shelby are such a joy to talk with and they always listen and treat me with respect. They are both very caring and they resolve whatever issues I???m having. I???ve been going to this office for 21 years now and I???m happy with the care I???m given.

The staff is friendly and the wait time minimal. The staff I've seen have explained procedures and listened to my concerns. Referrals have been received quicly.

Dr. Bowles is so caring and always has time to listen to our concerns. he makes us feel at ease and makes sure we understand our health plan. We have only seen Jessica a few times, but she is great also. The office team is very nice, Julie & Wistina are great. Their constant presence makes us feel at ease. The new team seem very nice and efficient.
