Feb 14, 2026Beautiful waiting room, very welcoming. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Dr Mercado was through and when she ordered a test, the front office was on the phone with our VA insurance getting authorization right away. We had that authorization within days and they called for the scheduling within days. Their office is one of the most efficient, friendly and professional I’ve seen in a long time.
