A Healthy Way to Lasting Change
Most weight loss programs focus only on food or exercise. Baptist Weight Management Solutions is different.
In addition to medical weight loss therapies, we'll help you look at the why behind your habits. By working with a health psychologist, you’ll learn new ways to manage stress, cravings, and routines that affect your weight.
How It Works
Personalized Start
Meet with our health psychologist for a one-on-one visit to talk about your goals, lifestyle, and challenges.
Learn & Practice
Build healthy habits like mindful eating and portion control while learning how to handle cravings and emotional eating.
Ongoing Support
You’ll have regular sessions with your psychologist, plus optional group classes and support groups. You’ll also get tools to track your progress and stay motivated.
