- To schedule an appointment, call 904.376.3800, press option 1 to speak with a New Patient Coordinator. We are open Monday - Friday, 8 am-5 pm.
- A New Patient Coordinator will schedule you for an in-office or virtual visit with a licensed clinical therapist, nurse practitioner or psychiatrist, based on your clinical need. All assessments are confidential.
