Job Summary

$8,500 Sign-On Bonus 

Baptist Health is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for our Surgical Oncology Progressive Care Team at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville. This is a full time night shift opportunity. 

As an Assistant Nurse Manager you will be Responsible for: 

• Providing nursing care to patients on the unit
• The assessment and reassessment of unit function; serves as a liaison for staff, physicians and other departments.
• Providing resource for staff members as well as mentors growth and provides feedback to staff.
• Monitoring/adjusting manhours in accordance with unit budget.
• Assisting manager with disciplinary issues and annual performance reviews.

Education Required

Associate's Degree - Nursing

Education Preferred

Bachelor's Degree - Nursing

Experience

• 3-5 Years Oncology Nursing Experience

License and Certification

• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) Required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required
• Licensed Registered Nurse Required
