Job Summary

Baptist Medical Center is hiring for a BPE Education Manager to join our Patient Access Center team at Baptist Jacksonville located at Southbank Plaza.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced BPE Education Manager to join our Patient Access Center team at Baptist Jacksonville. In this role, you will oversee the development, enhancement, and execution of Baptist Physician Enterprise's (BPE) training programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvement initiatives, enhancing the patient experience, and promoting a culture of excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, enhancement, and execution of BPE training programs, including curriculum design, delivery, and evaluation.
• Represent the department and training program to other BPE leaders, fostering collaboration and alignment with organizational goals.
• Support strategic initiatives, process redesign, root cause analysis, and metric/report development related to denial prevention management and BPE process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including medical necessity and managed care requirements, as well as Baptist Health policies and procedures.
• Conduct quality reviews of BPE team members' educational needs, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed to support audit exceptions and resolve issues.
• Provide expertise and guidance in the use of EPIC systems for training purposes. EPIC Credentialed Trainer highly preferred.
