Job Summary

Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Cook I in our Dietary Department at Baptist Clay, located in Fleming Island, FL.This is a PRN opportunity working various shifts approximately 3 days a week with the possibility for more shifts at other campuses.

As the Cook I, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing quality food using standardized recipes and proper safety and sanitation techniques
  • Serving regular and modified diet hot foods on patient tray line
  • Possessing the ability to batch cook
  • Following HACCP guidelines
