Job Summary

Baptist Health is looking to add a Epic Release Change Management Analyst in our IS End User Services Team at the Baptist IT Center in Jacksonville, FL. This is a Hybrid Full-Time days shift opportunity with a shift of Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm with remote options. 

As part of a team of 5 Change Management Analysts this individual will control the change management process in the epic system, supporting analysts and weekly changes (AVG 300-500) changes a week. Changes include monitoring, auditing and ensuring accuracy.

The Epic Release Change Management Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Epic Release Change Management Analyst is responsible for cross-organizational efforts required to introduce applications and infrastructure changes into the production environment.
  • This role work to develop execution plans which consider all potential system, application and data changes, and user requirements. 
  • The Epic Release Change Management Analyst is responsible for ensuring all changes are delivered to users while maintaining the integrity and availability of the existing systems.
  • Epic Release Change Management Analyst  will communicate release expectations across all impacted users.
  • This position requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
  • This individuals will work to solve complex technical Epic change management problems in own discipline.
  • Works independently with minimal guidance. May lead small projects with limited scope/risks or workstreams within a broader project.
  • May also have accountability for on-going processes, programs or activities. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
