Baptist Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Nurse Manager position with the Outpatient Oncology Breast Clinic at Baptist MD Anderson in Jacksonville, FL.

Nurse Manager responsibilities include:

  • Manage clinic staffing schedules
  • Monitor and manage various clinic reports/metrics/patient appointments
  • Collaborate with physicians/providers throughout the clinic day
  • Delegate tasks to clinic staff and monitor clinic patient flow
  • Collaborate with departments on billing/coding/authorizations/medical records/scheduling
  • Desired management experience at least 2 years

Education Required

Bachelor's Degree - Nursing

Education Preferred

Master's Degree

Experience

  • 3-5 Years Nursing Experience

License and Certification

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Preferred
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Preferred
  • Licensed Registered Nurse Required
