Job Summary

Baptist Heart Specialists is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing practice in Jacksonville, FL. The selected Advanced Practice Provider would provide outpatient care at the Baptist Health Sleep Center.

  • Full-time, 5 days a week
  • Monday-Friday 8am-430pm
  • No call, no weekends
