Baptist Primary Care is looking for an experienced Office Specialist for the Primary Care office located in San Jose. This position will report to work Monday through Friday.

This Baptist Primary Care office is located on San Jose Boulevard, close to Baymeadows Road. Convenient to I 95 and I 295.

 

The Office Specialist for Baptist Primary Care will provide business services for patients and the healthcare system.

 

Additional responsibilities for the Office Specialist may include:

  • Patient registration
  • Check in and check out
  • Scanning documents
  • Posting charges and payments
  • Telephone protocols
  • Assisting patients as needed
