Baptist Medical Center is currently hiring a Radiology Technologist to join our Diagnostic Radiology Department at our Baptist ED Town Center in Jacksonville, FL. This is a part-time, weekends opportunity working Saturday & Sunday 7:00am - 7:30pm with rotating call and holiday. 

This Radiology Technologists Responsibilities include: 

• Performing high quality radiographic procedures.
• Promoting good will amongst co-workers and with other departments, and has a positive, comforting demeanor with all patients.
• Reporting to Lead Technologist on shift.
• Is compliant with mandatory education and health requirements.
• Identifies, prepares, administers, and documents medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner in accordance with state, and federal regulations or Lawful institutional policy.

Baptist Emergency at Town Center

The new 16-bed emergency center at the St. Johns Town Center houses two emergency centers under one roof - one for adults and one for children.  Conveniently located near the intersection of Interstate 295 and Town Center Parkway, the Baptist/Wolfson Children's emergency center is a true hospital ER, staffed 24/7 by board-certified emergency medicine physicians.  On-site technology includes ultrasound, CT scanner, X-ray, a full service laboratory and telemedicine consultation services.
