The entire hospital staff; especially the nurses are always there when you need them. Everyone I have encountered have gone above and beyond to make sure I was always comfortable and cared for and they are extremely knowledgeable and kind. Although being in the hospital is not usually a pleasant experience, the staff made it so. I am truly grateful for everything they have done for me!

Told doctor have no ID or insurance. Prescribed medication that requires ID to pick up. Other medications are over $1000 for month supply. Useless to go to appointments since I can???t get/afford medication

I was told by Amelia Brown she would send me additional additional resources - I never received these. I called to make an appoint with a clinical psychologist, as instructed by Amelia Brown, when told it would be 13 months - I was told that they would email addition resourcesn- it did not happen - I called back to tell them I never received the promised email and she said she would send it - I never received it. I checked my junk email and nothing there. My email was verified at each call - this is very disappointing

Amelia Brown does a good job. But please, PLEASE change the number of notifications sent by the patient portal. I get WAY, WAY too many notifications. Example: I have a meeting with Amelia, then I get two notifications from the portal, one of which is a recap of the meeting I just attended. I appreciate the recap being saved as a record, but I don't need to know when it's been posted--I was just at the meeting! Another possible solution is to include in the notification: Record of appointment posted. The vague notifications are aggravating because I have to log-in to see what the notification is...and it's usually a waste of my time.

Amelia Brown is professional, kind and caring. I truly feel listened to and that she is engaged in each session. I like that she explains possible long term options if our short term solutions aren't effective. In the past, my psychatrists have asked 2-3 questions, wrote a script, and that was it. Ms. Brown really listens and remembers things that I have told her. I feel that she is a great support system in addition to providing medications.

I waited over 6 months for an appointment with a nuero psychiatrist for a women who has Altzheimers dementia. On the appointment day we ended up processing paperwork for an hour to find that a psychologist was scheduled to meet with her. Then we were rescheduled with a psychiatric nurse. Need level of care needed for the dementia in order to assist my friend and neighbor to live her life safely and with an appropriate care plan for services needed.

Firstly the office is obviously understaffed and that's no one's fault, but if the workload is too much for the doctor maybe get more doctors? I had to meet with a NP. I went in for my already diagnosed ADHD, and came out with a bipolar disorder diagnosis. Which is probably my fault since I explained my hyper focus as highs and my inability to be interested in things as lows. When expressed to my closest loved ones, they all agreed this is a serious misdiagnosis. And this impact some families pretty seriously. Moving forward I will seek professional help else where.
