Hidi Moody, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with a passion for helping individuals regain balance and clarity in their lives through an integrative and personalized approach to mental wellness. She specializes in acute stabilization through medication management and lifestyle changes—offering supporting during challenging moments and guidance toward sustainable recovery. With clinical experience across inpatient (ICU, trauma), outpatient, and crisis stabilization settings, She works with adolescents and adults navigating conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, ADHD, and acute psychiatric crises. My goal is not just symptom control, but long-term mental health improvement and resilience.
