About Me

I have roots in Connecticut and was raised in Southern California but have made Jacksonville my home over the last 20 years. I love spending time with my adult children and my pets, doing yoga and pursuing all things creative. I also enjoy spending time at the beach, traveling, and spending time with friends.

When it comes to providing psychotherapy, I feel honored and humbled to have the privilege to be able to sit with people during their most difficult times and offer presence, therapeutic techniques and tools to help support them to higher functioning and better symptom management.
