About Me

I moved to Jacksonville, FL after living in Chicago, IL for 20 years to be closer to my family and add more sunshine to my life. I endeavor to be more outdoors, have deep conversations, and live a life of service to others.

I believe that we are all striving to be the person we were meant to be, but along the way we encounter obstacles that throw us off our path. People want to be heard, be understood, and to matter. I provide the space for individuals to work through their challenges, learn whatever lessons need to be learned, and incorporate appropriate coping skills so that they can get on to living.
