About Me

I relocated to Jacksonville from Michigan in 2017, and my husband and I enjoy what the North Florida area has to offer, including beaches, restaurants, biking, and swimming. Both of our sons attended Florida universities.

My philosophy is to empower my patients to be implementers of their care. I believe an educated patient is more compliant to treatment and is better able to implement techniques to improve their quality of life. I also believe patients need to address all areas of their health and well-being, and may benefit from additional therapeutic treatments.

I believe it is important to contribute to local and national charitable causes, whether that is giving time, financial contributions, or by offering skills. I will continue to contribute to organizations, in hopes of influencing positive change for those in need.
