I feel like Katie and Dr Kibler do a great job and are very thorough in understanding my concerns and helping me to seek a remedy. They are very kind and empathetic. The front office staff is always kind and professional. The new building is beautiful and was well worth the wait. I love the ability to have my blood work completed in the office making very convenient.

Friendliness of all the staff from the time you enter until you leave. There isn???t enough kindness in the world and this is so important to exhibit to patients. They all care about you and are ready to listen and help make you well. I highly recommend this office to all my friends.

Everything except the wall colors. Too much near white, with little contrast for visual reference. Pictures or posters would help immensely.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Would not go anywhere else. The doctor or PA always takes time to explain any question I might have about a medication or medical problem. I feel I am in good hands at this office.

Katherine welcomed us with a great smile and a kind understanding of what our needs were. She took time to explain and reassure us that this office will help us with any of our ailments at this facility and partnering with our specialists when needed. The location is right in our neighborhood and is new, spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. We feel that we can have a good relationship and trust these doctors. They are very qualified and professional.

Quicker referrals. I've asked for a referral and never received one. That's been months ago. I also had another doctor who told me they didn't receive a referral from your office so I had to change my appointment. Let's see what happens on this one.
