Doctors, PA???s, lab techs, nurses and staff are extraordinary! They listen, are caring, kind and so very good at their jobs. They care about their patients, keep up with prescriptions and lab work. Not quick to push medication unless other options tried first. I have been a patient for many years and am so grateful for the quality of my care. Their location is convenient to my home. They schedule carefully so wait times are minimized. When I???m sick, I???m able to get an appointment quickly. I trust them and my health issues are well managed and under control thanks to them!

Everyone is so nice and friendly. And I love the amount of time and attention that Nina, Katy, and Dr. Kibler spend with the patients. I know sometimes it puts them behind, but I never mind waiting because I know they are just giving someone else great attention. I see Nina more than anyone else, and she is fantastic! My whole experience there has changed the way I feel about going to the doctor's office.

The office consistently meet my needs from the intake, staff to the physician, herself, the nurse practitioner, physician assistant, on this visit, I???m thinking her name is Nina, everyone is warm, friendly and professional and when I see the doctor or her staff member, they are knowledgeable, I am listen to ,which is important too me, then they make their recommendation to resolve my problem in a warm and caring way..I???m very appreciative of the service that I???ve received!!

All of the staff are professional, respectful, courteous, caring, and truly want the best for me. I always feel welcomed and the facility is well kept, clean, and I feel comfortable and safe there. All of the medical staff that interact with me have great bedside manners and they take their time with me during my appointment. I always have great experiences and look forward to continuing to receive care at this location.

I love Dr. Kibler-McCormick. She is very caring and thorough. I have seen all of the practitioners over the years and have been impressed with all of them. The phlebotomist is excellent and all of the office staff are friendly and courteous.

I had a really sore throat so I called them for an appointment. The lady who answers says "oh, you can't come in here with that." We can schedule you for a virtual visit. I said ok. The Nurse Practitioner agreed with me that it was strep throat. She prescribed a basic antibiotic. Fast forward three days. The sore throat was not getting any better and continued to be so sore that I could mot sleep longer than about 30 minutes - which was then 3 nights of very little sleep. My wife calls them back and the lady who answers tells her "go to urgent care." My wife asks if they can do any further treatment like changing the antibiotic to one that may work better or giving me something to dull the throat pain. The lady says I guess I can have the nurse practitioner call you. Long story short, after speaking to 2 more nurses, they advised that I need to go to urgent care and then follow the treatment protocol from urgent care. They would not treat me any further. They are "make believe" medical providers as they would not even let me in the office with a sore throat and then directed me to get care at urgent care. What a joke. You can make it right by training the staff at this location. The reason that they gave for not changing the antibiotic is "because she always prescribes that antibiotic for strep." Well, if that antibiotic is not working, then you need to understand the concept of resistant strains of bacteria and change the antibiotic. My throat hurt for 7 days because the treatment was ineffective and you did not care. Also, my wife requested that you give me something for pain because tylenol and advil were doing nothing. Your response - "take tylenol or advil." That makes you look ignorant. You need to explain why you would not prescribe something for the pain. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid the substandard medical care at this location.

Factory setting. The worst medical office visit ever. Absolutely should not accept new patients and just try and handle what they have. There is no way you can get the one on one care you need from this office.
