It was clean and customer service of everyone I encountered was outstanding. I was taken on time for my appt, and was able to get blood labs (without an appt for blood labs) right after my meet with Vanessa. It was actually a very pleasant experience!

It was relatively easy to make an appointment at a convenient time for me to be there. It takes almost an hour for me to travel there, so have to arrange a time that traffic patterns aren't during the rush hours if possible. Also, the waiting room wasn't extremely overcrowded, so my appointment was on time. This was my first time to see your new office and facilities, and it is quite nice, attractive, and has easier access and parking.

i liked fact that it was clean neat, the front desk knew what they were doing. I was taken in quickly and saw the PA very quickly. She sat took her time and asked alot or questions and answered mine thoroughly.

It is extremely hard to be able to talk to someone on the phone. So -- I tried to do the right thing and enter my symptoms online with a message to my physician (Dr. Kibler). Not being a mind reader, I didn't know she was off on Monday. I waited 3 1/2 hours to get a response when I finally called. To my surprise NO ONE was monitoring her messages -- the person who normally does this was in "training" and I guess no one thought it important enough to cover for her. This is very poor service and this is not the first time I've been disappointed.. I finally was able to talk to Vanessa Berrios -- the only bright spot in your office! She's very professional, compassionate and followed up with me.

The office is nice, friendly, organized, and welcoming. I arrived early for my appointment like I was instructed and unlike most doctors' offices, I was called by (or before) my set appointment time. The staff was genuinely nice, and they made everything move easily. In summary, I had a pleasant experience, and I will go back without hesitation.

I am frustrated that a regular test result has taken 2+ weeks and I still have not got the result. I have called many times and usually receive voicemail with no call back. I called to set up my patient portal and was told I needed a code that would be emailed to me after the call ended and then never received the email and still do not have access to the portal

We had to wait for OVER AN HOUR to get into a room. Unacceptable as you charge when we don't show up for an appointment, we should be able to charge you for making us wait for so long when we HAD AN APPOINTMENT.

I have been receiving my healthcare at Baptist Primary Care for many years now. The office staff is always pleasant and helpful and the care has always been great from the Doctors and Nurses. I would and always do recommend Baptist Primary Care to anyone who is looking for great healthcare.

Every time I try to get an appt with Dr. Kibler I have to take a PA instead. I'm a little nervous because my health conditions are complicated and if I need an appt with the Dr. I have to wait a couple weeks or longer. I do understand the reasons for PAs and under normal circumstances that would be fine.

Staff is generally nice, but appointments always run late, I???ve never spent less than 2 hours at this office for any scheduled appointment. During that time approximately 20 minutes is actually spent with the nurse and/or doctor, the rest is spent waiting.
