About Me
I was raised in Jacksonville and I was excited to return to the Sunshine State after various moves completed during my military service. My husband and I enjoy spending time at the beach, running, and playing sports.
My approach to patient care is to assist patients in identifying that which they value and to guide gradual change towards engagement in behaviors and activities that align with what each individual finds important.
