From the Doctor:
As a native Floridian who spent nearly a decade out of state, it’s a pleasure being back in the Sunshine State. My husband, son, and I love visiting the beach, getting out on the water, and exploring the many areas of Jacksonville.
The underlying aim of my philosophy of care is to develop an understanding of each client’s unique perspective. Through a collaborative process, I help the client gain insight into difficulties and establish goals that are both personally meaningful and attainable.
Involvement in the community and giving back are also important to me. I have a trained therapy dog and through Therapy Dogs International volunteer at libraries and universities, promoting childhood literacy and stress management.
