Job Summary

Baptist Health is seeking a skilled Pulmonary Rehab Therapist to join our Outpatient Cardiac Rehab team at Baptist Medical Center. This is a PRN Day Shift position.

Shift Details - Monday and Wednesday 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM

As a Pulmonary Rehab Therapist you will be responsible for:

• Perform a variety of functions to include delivering direct patient care during Pulmonary Rehab classes.
• Perform initial patient assessment.
• Provide education to patient and significant others.
• Monitor SpO2 and charts all pertinent information.
• Perform discharge planning.
• Priovide direct communication with various physicians regarding patient care issues.
• Assist with cardiac rehab as needed.

Experience

• 1-2 years Pulmonary Rehabilitation Experience

License and Certification

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required
• Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Required
