Jessica Gregory, APRN, PMH-C Biography and Info
Jessica Gregory, MSN, is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with more than five years of behavioral health experience, both on the inpatient and outpatient level. A former psychiatric charge nurse, she specializes in treating patients with severe symptoms who need to be seen immediately. Her areas of expertise include:

- Substance abuse and addiction
- Bipolar disorder
- OCD
- Peripartum maternal anxiety and depression (PMAD)

About Me
I am originally from Long Island, NY, but have resided in Jacksonville for more than 20 years. I enjoy hiking and exploring the outdoors, stand-up paddle boarding, and yoga. I’m also a classically trained pianist.
My goal is to treat patients with the least amount of medication needed to effectively control their symptoms. I emphasize a holistic plan of care which includes not only psychotropic medications, but psychotherapy, exercise, diet, sleep hygiene, social connectedness, and mindfulness.
I enjoy supporting the local arts and volunteering with my son at Feeding Northeast Florida.
