I arrived early and to my surprise was seen early. Doc Maguire and the staff are wonderful. The offices are very nice and clean, and the waiting room even had a table to sit around for my convenience. I would highly recommend Baptist Heart Specialist.

Everyone from the receptionist, to the nurse, to the DR., to the exit receptionist were just amazing. The wait was next to zero , for the whole process, which in itself was amazing. I had a concern with one of the measurements the nurse took. Instead of dismissing my concerns, like most people these days, she made me feel validated, and took the time to measure again. I really appreciated that. I knew right then that I was in the right place. Once the nurse left I met with the DR. He, once again- unlike many doctors these days, listened to me. He validated my concerns, and I left feeling very greatful, validated, and very happy with the end result. I cannot recommend Baptist Heart Specialists Nocatee enough. It is very stressful when you are having problems with your heart. They removed the stress, and gave me a huge sense of relief.

First I was happy to actually get in to see Dr. Maquire after being cancelled and rescheduled since April 2023. My appointments for 4/20/23 & 5/17/23 were cancelled by Dr Gummadi, then I canceled/rescheduled my appointment on 8/30/23 (Dr Franco) due to Weather (hurricane). I rescheduled to 9/26/23, then it was cancelled, got rescheduled to 11/1/23 (Dr.Franco) and was cancelled again, was rescheduled to 11/10/23 (Dr Franco)..Showed up for my appointment on 11/10/23, was told Dr Franco was 30 minutes behind, that was fine with me, then about 10 minutes later was called to check in and told that the doc was hour and half behind. If I did not have somewhere to be at 5:30 I would have stayed, but I decided to reschedule with Dr Maquire. Now in my chart it says I cancelled the appointment when in all actuality it was the provider that was behind. I completely understand that sometimes things happen because I am a Baptist employee and you can?t predict what the doctors decide to do, but this is absurd. I debated saying anything, but felt the need to. But thankfully now I have Dr Maquire as my doctor and he was wonderful, down to earth and listened to my concerns.

Great overall experience from scheduling and having to change my appointment, to the testing and doctor visit. I felt heard and never rushed. When I missed my appointment Cori did not make me feel worse but helped me get another appointment the same day. The EKG was so fast and easy - no stress at all. I was called the same day to schedule additional testing. Highly recommend this team!

Easily accessible, clean updated facilities, time managed efficiently, staff both professional and quite personable, the doctor did/scheduled what is necessary for him to advise correctly and follow-up appointments were handled quickly. Could not think of anything that I possibly add that was NOT done. Very grateful for their collective efforts.

Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor were wonderful and I like the facility in Nocatee! Dr Maguire was very attentive and answered all my questions. He also took the time to find equivalent drugs to two that I am taking that are in lower tiers on the formulary for my part D drug plan. This will save me a great deal of money going forward on my prescriptions!

The entire Baptist system is connected. My Baptist chart keeps me totally informed. Baptist hospital system deals directly with insurance and let???s you know all cost upfront. Courteous and competent staff are always friendly and go the extra mile to keep you informed. I love the completeness of the entire Baptist network.
