About Me
Each patient I care for is different and they all bring something new to my daily practice. I believe it is important for the physician and patient to work as a team. My greatest satisfaction comes at the end of the day when I know that I did my best to help each patient get better and take one step closer to their recovery and a better quality of life. Knowing that I was part of that patient’s healing process is the ultimate achievement. I am one of many specialists a patient will likely see and I want to make the experience as easy and comforting as possible to reduce stress during a difficult and confusing time.
As the physician, it is my job to properly explain to the patient what I am trying to accomplish and how I am going to get there so that they know what to expect and what the goals are for their results. If I am not able to explain things in such a way that the patient understands what we are doing and why then I have not done my job. I want each person I care for to leave my office with enough knowledge to be their own advocate.
