Dr Kibler takes the time with each patient, my wait time was high this time, 55 minutes before I saw the doctor, but I appreciated she never once rushed my appt. She is always very thorough and ensures her patients understand the treatment plan before she moves forward.

Everyone is truly invested in my mom's health. I didn't appreciate having a physical and being charged a copay. At no time in my meeting with the doctor was I informed that I was discussing items that were not related to a physical visit until I went to check out. I didn't realize that we spoke of anything not physical related. I suspect it was because the doctor was visibly upset with me for not taking the covid vaccine after repeatedly telling her I was not ready or willing to take the vaccine. The doctor's frustration was quite evident. After that the doctor ended the visit and I'm charged a co-pay. Now this isn't the first time to experience this rudeness. I have been contemplating changing my doctor since this visit. AND Why would I take a covid vaccine when my own doctor told me she took the vaccine and then shortly thereafter got covid from the vaccine. How to make it right - return my co-pay. Teresa was so kind both times I talked to her. First to set up a new patient visit for my husband and myself. And I had a urinary infection this week and not scheduled to see the doctor until March. I had already cancelled my Dr. Carter appointments because she said you can't have 2 primary doctors. Didn't want to go to Urgent care due to Omnicron. She said let me see what I can do. Called me back and said I could come down for a urine sample and Dr. Kibler would call me for a virtual call later. Which Dr. Kibler did. I liked her very much and we talked for awhile about my allergies and medical issues. Sent in a RX for my infection. I am very impressed with Dr. Kibler and Teresa. Even as long as I have been a patient with Baptist IMG and Dr. Carter I would have never been able to get in that fast or even at all. When my husband and I have been sick we never could get in to see Dr. Carter and even had trouble booking our annual physicals. Look forward to being patients at your facility.

Your whole system needs to be more user friendly from calling/phone options to online services and being able to send secure messages and receive response through myBaptistHealth. You are way behind the times on this. When I was with Group Health Cooperative I was able to do this 10-20 years ago.

Dr Kibler is the best doctor I have been to. She is so thorough and truly listens and cares about her patients. I would recommend her to anyone! The only concern I have is with the office itself. I have never been there where I didn???t spend a minimum of 1.5 hours. This is crazy. I think this falls on the scheduling. Stop scheduling so many appointments each day. A patient shouldn???t have to wait that long to be seen.

To me , that is just not acceptable and I am beginning to consider changing my Primary Care. I love my Dr there and you are very close to my house which is so convenient. There does not appear to be any actual "care" in healthcare anymore. I received an automated message saying your doctor has ordered a "procedure" for you and to call a number to schedule. I don't even know what I'm supposed to be scheduling. They were able to look it up and I scheduled the ultrasound. I was told the results should show up in my portal account, which they haven't. I sent a question through the portal asking about it and it was never answered. All I got was a letter in the mail saying I have a cyst, but there is no follow up from the ordering physician. Several issues I had during the initial visit were not even addressed. I told her had an inflamed shoulder, which she didn't even look at. She told me I have swelling in my nasal passages but no advice was given. You try to call and can't get through. Leave a voicemail that is never answered. Not impressed.

Nobody returns calls. I go get blood work done and called back 3 times to get results. Nobody calls. Then I get a report in the mail and it appears a medication dosage is changing. But nobody will call me back to tell me when that is being sent to a Pharmacy. What is the point of getting tests done if nobody wants to tell you what is going on ?

I have been a patient here for 20 years. Dr. Levine was by himself at first. Very thorough and up to date-I am in healthcare so I wanted a physician like that. Then Dr. Kibler joined the office and I started seeing her due to scheduling and generally see her for most visits. What I really like is the doctors listen to you and work with you to address any health issues. I like the PAs (Nina is great) and everyone is very nice. I also ESPECIALLY like that in these days of group practices, I don't get shuttled around to different people. You can always count on seeing your doctor, the person who knows you best. That is part of medicine that can't be computerized. Another feature I like is that some routine checkups (such as BP checks) can be handled virtually. This is a time saver for people who work, such as I do. Overall, I would describe this office as modern day medicine with old fashioned family physician atmosphere.(I am in my 60s)

I really like everyone in the office from Teresa and Sherese (sp) to Annette, Teresa and Dr. Kibler and Dr. Levine. They genuinely care about my family and you can’t ask for more then that. I love Dr Kibler and her bed side manner. I am not a fan of going to the doctor however, I don't mind coming in to see Dr Kibler. She never makes me feel silly or like a hypochondriac for my issues. She never leaves me feeling like she is rushing out the door to the next patient and that I am a nuisance. We talk about the issue at hand, the possible reasons, possible treatment and then she asks what my thoughts are about the options. She includes me in the treatment plan versus telling me what we are going to do. I feel we are a team in my medical treatment vs what I had experienced in the past. I trust her judgement and truly feel she is the best doctor I've ever had. She is an asset to Baptist and I am so glad I found her.

I've discussed my concerns with Dr Keebler. She feels the level of care being provided is good. I don't like how I get the 5th degree, just trying to renew a low dose statin and low dose blood pressure med. I don't think she believed me when I told her staff said an in person office visit was required. In April, when I asked were masks required, I was told "we can't mandate that." My reply was, then you won't see me inside that office! My pharmacy finally begged a refill for me. The label said "No refills without an office visit." I wrote a 2-page letter about my complaints.....

The nurse needs to read the directions the Dr. has given the patience so when you take your specimen to Quest Labs they won’t tell you that you were given the wrong specimen cup! I have been going to this office for years. This time the front check in area had new people and they were not as friendly and helpful as the ones in the past. I guess they are still learning the ropes. The area where you make appointments is great. The Ladies there are always ready to offer up a smile and help you where you need it. Maybe they can help teach the newbies how it is done. The staff helps make the appointment and is such a wonderful sweet lady. I love Dr. Mckibben. Wait times are usually an hour at a minimum at my Primary Care Location. Twice, I was informed not to fast for labs, but when I showed up for labs, I was told I should have fasted. Lab work has taken almost 2 weeks to return from a recent appointment. Sleep Study clinic is a disaster with communication and follow through. I do however, feel that my doctor listens to me, provides good information and care. It's just getting to the point of actually seeing her that seems to be a problem.

Dr. Jamie Kibler McCormick is the BEST of the BEST. I'm paying more for insurance just so I can have Dr. Kibler as my primary doctor. She takes time to listen to all of her patient's needs and concerns and never rushes you. I've never had a doctor that I trusted more. The world needs more doctors like Dr. Kibler McCormick. She Rocks!!!

I always experience great service! The office staff & my doctor are a very professional team. Essentially, they care beyond measure. Also, everyone are considerate and concerned about me as a person and as their patient.
