About Me
As a lifelong Floridian, I have always loved anything involving water, including kayaking, sailing, and Scuba diving. My family and I have called Jacksonville home since 2014.
I consider it my life mission to walk closely with people who are suffering, joining them in their pain and on their journey to healing and wholeness. From the very first session, those who choose to work with me will find a safe, non-judgmental companion who will listen closely and carefully to their story, help them identify their strengths and challenges, and support them as they develop and implement strategies to achieve their goals.
