I make my appointments to see Dr. Franco-I chose her for a reason. Every time I make an appointment, there is a change by the doctor's office. I get pushed back or rescheduled. I've seen the doctor ONCE. After that, I see her PA. Allison is great but I want to see the doctor. This time, I was told that she's on maternity leave. When I got to the office, I was told that her maternity leave hasn't started and that she was still working. I need transparency and honesty. This is cardiology. My doctor is Franco. Why can't I see HER?

After having just arrived at the office for my appointment this week I was advised it needed to be a virtual. The virtual visit turned out just gunned, in fact I was pleased with Ashley. I do believe for someone who has come to the office there should be someone to back up in emergencies.

Very professional and patient friendly personnel. I have been a patient with Baptist Heart Center for 28 years and have always been satisfied with my care. Dr Marc Litt was my first doctor and I will always very strong feelings for him.

I lucked out and got a wonderful Dr. Simone Nader on my visit last week to Baptist South. She???s thoroughly and very knowledgeable and caring. Her PA Allison also very nice and prompt to get back with me about concerns and meds.

Everyone is friendly, polite and caring. I really like my coumadin nurse, I met the device clinic tech for the first time and she was very nice. I was supposed to see Dr. Franco but she was out and her nurse Victoria was very capable and easy to talk to.

Improve the procedure, etc., to have an office visit (OV) with a "Doctor" instead of PA - for occasions that warrant it. PAs appear to be knowledgeable in general, efficient, and show interest in the patient. They are appreciated and perform their function in an generally acceptable manner, but they are handling office visits in a number of cases - that warrant a "Doctor's" visit. In some cases, if a patient has an OV with a PA, then it could be more easily arranged to have a Doctor come into the OV after the PA performs initial service.
