I'm a Baptist patient from family doctor to surgeon and I like being able to use my closest hospital Clay. I know south has everything you could need in a facility but I'd like to see Clay build out to be just as efficient as Baptist South and North. WJD

The doctors and care received are excellent, but there is usually a very long wait to get seen and those appointments are often cancelled. Seems they need more doctors to handle the increasing population in the area.

Everybody was so very nice and very helpful to me. The person that when you call in to cancel appointment. She was hateful. I told her I couldn???t make my appointment and she said I would not have my appointment till August. She didn???t tell me my Dr was on maternity till then. She did tell me I could have appointment with a PA. Which was great. The nurse and the PA spoke to the Dr Franco and spoke to me. I hope you speak to her that there is an easier to tell patients why there appointments are till August. Thank you so much. Rosalie Burlile

Called the after hours number and talked to a doctor because of afib. Told me to call Dr Kanaparti in the morning, did and no one returned my call. Called again and was told to go to the ER as no appointments were available, by this time I was out of afib. I had just seen Conner that day.

We just love Dr. S. Nader. She is not only a very competent professional, but she is always very compassionate, concerned, and caring. We actually had the appointment with her new PA, Connor, but he brought Dr. Nader in to say hello. She is also very thorough with her exam and checking blood work results, and medications.

The medical service is outstanding with top-notch specialists who sincerely bring the best care to their patients. My experience has been one of sincere trust between my cardiologist and myself demonstrated through his genuine medical care and expertise in his field. The medical service is exceptional from office personnel scheduling appts to a PA ???s professional knowledge and taking time to not only share an overview of the patient???s health record but always consulting with the specialist.
