Tamara Dukes, MSN, is a board-certified advanced practice registered nurse with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. A former nursing instructor, she has spent her life serving and educating others in disease prevention and health and wellness. Her areas of expertise include:

About Me
I was called to medicine after caring for my diabetic grandmother. I have resided in Jacksonville since 2007 and my family and I love to spend time outdoors, going to the beach and observing wildlife in their natural habitats.
My philosophy of care is to educate my patients on living their best life through disease prevention and urging them to play an integral part in their own health and wellness care plan.
I believe all people deserve excellent care and I have made it my goal to be a liaison for minorities and those who are statistically prone to health disparities. I have served as the director of a health ministry at my church and serve on the executive board of my nursing sorority.
