About Me
I lead an active lifestyle, and I want my patients to do the same. I believe that healthy habits should be established at a young age, so I do my best to explain to parents the importance of exercise and nutritious diets, even for young children.
I am originally from Mobile, Alabama. I went to college in Memphis and graduated with a degree in Zoology, then went on to study medicine in Birmingham and Charleston.
I've lived here in Jacksonville for more than 10 years, and I love the easy access to the ocean. Sea kayaking is one of my favorite sports. I also enjoy hiking, mountain biking, snow skiing and traveling.
