From the Doctor:
One of the most important topics in medicine today is the idea of a having a medical home. In my mind, this "home" begins with the special relationship a pediatrician can form with the child and his or her family. I feel this doctor-patient relationship is not only important in the early years, it can also help children grow up to be healthier adults.
When I'm not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and one-year-old daughter, running, and going to the beach. I also love watching and attending Gators football games.
