Doctor Tabrox & Doctor Emanuel were both fantastic at our newborn & 2 week check ups with our son. This is our first baby so these appointments can be nerve wracking from a new parent perspective, but they both put us at ease and reassured us our boy was perfectly healthy!

Dr. Emanuel was very kind and supportive. He made time to see us on short notice, and took time to listen and address all of our concerns. Dr. Emanuel is very smart and knowledgeable. He and and his team made my daughter feel comfortable and made our visit easy. Victoria (RN) always makes my children feel relaxed, when she has to take blood or give them a vaccine. Alix (RN) was very helpful on the phone and found an appt that would work for everyone. Dr. Paton is our regular pediatrician and we love him. He is very smart, knowledgeable, respectful, patient, attentive and does not over-treat.

I am grateful to Dr. Emmanuel for listening to my concerns about my daughter at our visit with him the other day. He was patient while my daughter was being challenging that day. I appreciate his questions and concern. The one disappointment is that the office has decided to do away with the masking requirement while a large percentage of their patients cannot be vaccinated against COVID-19 due to availability nor can they choose to mask since they are under the age of two. I hope this decision was not made to temper the emotions of adults who are tired of wearing masks to protect others.

Staff is professional but also very kind and funny, exactly what I look for when selecting a pediatric practice for my children. They took time to listen to my concerns and make my children feel safe and comfortable. My son recently went for a sick visit and it was the first time he hasn't had a full blown conniption fit in a medical setting. Brie did his strep swab and he didn't even flinch or cry, she was so patient and gentle.

Doctor Emanuel was excellent but the front office people didn???t care much for the patients needed . The medical assistant was so so. I asked for some copies and school notes for the children to go back to school and they were not very happy. My children had an anual physical and they have two vaccines done and I requested a copy for the school and the medical assistant didn???t gave me one. She gave me only a yellow school entry health exam without the vaccination card. Now I have to call and ask for that copy and see if they can mail it to me. Everyone in the front office were answering phone and they didn???t have the time for the patients. Maybe there wasn???t enough helpers for the amount of patients.

My son has been going here since he was born. The doctors and nurses are always so compassionate and caring. This last visit they squeezed us when when he was sick at 4:45! They didn???t rush us and made sure my son had the medicine he needed that night!

I appreciate the friendly and kind staff, nurses, and doctors. The nurses get back to you right away when you have to leave a message. The doctors are knowledgeable and caring as well. We have been more than pleased for 14 years!
