I saw Dr Kanaparti?s PA this time. His name was Brent. He answered all of my questions, was very through and even called in another cardiologist to Consult regarding a test I needed. I also got a follow-up with my cardiologist in 6 weeks even though he?s booked up until July 2024!

Anisa, the check in person was very helpful, friendly and efficient. Jaslie, the nurse who took my vitals was professional, friendly, very helpful and impressive. My visit with PA Brent M was a bit of a disappointment. I was having problems getting my Eliquis medication refilled by my pharmacy, Publix Palencia Commons. The prescription needed to be authorized by my cardiologist according to Express Scripts, my insurance company. Jaslie started the paper work but needed to be signed by the doctor. Even though I repeated this information to the PA, he apparently never did sign the authorization. I just spoke with Jeannie at Express Scripts and she said that they are still waiting for that authorization and can not approve the medication without the authorization. I am running low on my Eliquis. Just spoke with on call support and found out that the office is closed for the holiday. Hope I can receive some kind of support soon.

The PA we were force to see was not thorough enough in my opinion. I had to call back to the office to get clarification about the currenty medications and to make sure we could continue taking the new meds my husband was put on after a lenthy hospital stay from a fall. This forced me to have to call back to the office for clarification of medications to make sure my husband is ok. This is the reason for this survey.

Ck with staff to schedule cardiac testing before scheduling followup appt. My follow up was scheduled Sept and testing in October dont a good plan, he'd to call office for follow up, no one has returned my call on my appt for follow up.
