From the Doctor:
I have been living in Jacksonville since 2006 after moving from Ohio. I was born and raised in Chicago and moved all over the Midwest during my medical training. After becoming a mom, I made the decision to move to sunnier skies and have thoroughly enjoyed raising my three boys here in Jacksonville. We love bike riding, working out together and going to the beach.
In addition to cardiology, I became board certified in integrative holistic medicine because I have seen the result of treating not only a patient’s physical symptoms but also working with them to make changes in their nutrition, stress level, and medications to improve their heart health. I also understand a patients desire to use more natural vitamins and supplements in addition to traditional medications. I strive to really hear my patients and help them find the root of their health issues in order to best heal their heart.
