Wayangankar, MD, MPH, FACC, FSCAI, RPVI, a fellow of the Society of Cardiovascular Angiography, is a well-known structural interventionalist who specializes in TAVR, Mitraclip, PFO/ASD Closure, Alcohol Septal Ablation for Hypertrophic Obstructive Cardiomyopathy and PVL Closure. He also serves on several national cardiovascular committees and editorial boards. About Me
I consider myself lucky to be a cardiologist, a dream that began as far back as the eighth grade. My wife, who is also a physician, and I have two daughters and we love to barbecue on the weekends. I’m also a big fan of travel and sports.
