Sara Chance, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant and current Army National Guard officer who has practiced in primary care, urgent care and currently works in cardiac electrophysiology. Sara is known for combining clinical expertise with a compassionate, patient-centered approach. She takes the time to listen, explain complex heart rhythm conditions clearly and develop personalized treatment plans. Dedicated to building trust and delivering exceptional care, Sara helps patients feel confident and supported throughout their cardiovascular journey.

I am born and raised in Jacksonville. I enjoy spending time with my children and family. I love fitness, ultra running and spending time outdoors, especially visiting the National Parks.
