The staff is friendly, caring and supportive to their clients. Dr. Vora is a top electrophysiologist in the state, and he is also caring about his patients. You cannot go wrong choosing Baptist Heart Specialists at Baptist South location.

I can never schedule an appt with Dr. Always PA or CRNP. When I saw the nurse practitioner , Dr. Vora came into answer a question. As he was speaking with me the technician burst in the room and started doing a check on my pacemaker. I felt this was disruptive and could not focus on my conversation with the Dr. She seemed to be in a big hurry. I guess your staff is overwhelmed all the way around. It made for a less than ideal experience. Hopefully this will change in time.

Since I had my ablation for afib, I have had no problems at all! Dr. Austin is #10 in my book! Nurses and staff were friendly, helpful, patient, professional, and sensitive to my feelings and comfort. Dr. Austin was the same. He came in to check on me several times, before and after the ablation.
