About Me
I was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL, and now feel honored and humbled to return to my hometown to provide a service that until now our residents have not been able to find locally. My wife and I are in the process of “rediscovering” Jacksonville and in our spare time can be found trying new restaurants, cooking a new meal at our home, or taking our two basset hounds for a walk on the beach or to a local dog park.
I believe medicine is an art. As a physician, I must be an expert on all the medical and surgical aspects of a problem, but must also combine these with the wishes and goals of my patient and their family so that together we can agree on the best management strategy. I believe the heart of a physician is as a servant; when I agree to be your doctor I am committing myself to serve you and provide you with the best care that I have been blessed to provide.
I am passionate about all aspects of urologic oncology, with a particular emphasis on men’s health initiatives and healthcare disparities with a hope to be able to provide everyone with the care they need, irrespective of their background or means.
