Diana Rivero, APRN, is a board certified adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner with a broad range of experience in her nursing and nurse practitioner careers. Throughout her different roles, Diana has emphasized patient advocacy and shared decision making with thorough patient education. She has been praised for her empathetic listening and attention to detail, as well as willingness to go above and beyond for her patients.

About Me
I am originally from Pennsylvania and have been enjoying Jacksonville living since 2021. My husband and I enjoy cooking together and trying new restaurants, staying physically active and spending time with friends and family.
I was drawn to the medical field with a strong desire to help others and I found my place in nursing with my alignment to the nursing model of care: patient-centered and holistic approach, treating the whole individual and not just the disease. I enjoy connecting with patients, and I enjoy continuing to learn, to provide the most updated and evidence-based care.
