I was very impressed with Diana Rivera, my Nurse Practitioner. She took time to make herself familiar with my record and the health issues I???ve developed over the past year. I felt both seen and heard???something that is often missing as you are rushed through appointments. She developed a follow-up plan and ensured I both understood and agreed with it. I feel reassured and confident that I am getting competent and compassionate care. Baptist Heart is lucky to have her!
