Ina Jani, MD, is a fellowship-trained gynecologic oncology surgeon specializing in the surgical and medical management of gynecologic cancers. Dr. Jani is dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each patient. She believes in building strong, trusting relationships with her patients and their families that are rooted in honesty, open communication and mutual respect. About Me

I was born and raised in Albania and moved to the United States in 2005 after finishing high school. I completed college, medical school, residency and fellowship training in Chicago, then relocated to sunny Florida in 2025 with my husband and our twin son and daughter. We all love the outdoors, sunshine and the sea, so Jacksonville has been the perfect place to call home.

My goal every day is simple: to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life, to do no harm, and to treat every patient with the same evidence-based care, respect and dignity I would want for my own family. I consider it an honor and a privilege to care for women during such a critical time in their lives when they are facing life-altering diagnoses and navigating uncertainty. I strive to see each person, not just the disease, and I will be your biggest supporter throughout your journey.
