Three appointments in one morning, and I was ready with ???stoic??? and ???avoidance??? all set to go. I was immediately greeted by Yolanda, whose ease, friendliness made me feel like I was with a caring friend. She???on the first floor???walked us up to our appointment, even riding the elevator. WHAT? And brought my forms to me. It continued to surprise me how down to earth and naturally kind everyone was. Professional, also. Took the time to highlight for me and write notes on my papers. I left overwhelmed by the Positive and Caring nature of every single aspect of my morning, not by what cancer I am now looking at. A+ from this retired teacher, and thank you from the little girl inside who needed that level of care more than she knew!

I???m very impressed with the entire process, thus far, and the exemplary staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The surroundings were serene and helped to calm the anxiety of the first visit. I met Dr Janfaza for the first time. Her explanation of my situation gave me all the information I needed to make informed decisions. Her kind and thoughtful attitude gave comfort in a difficult time. I am grateful that Baptist Jacksonville has a world class cancer center. MDAnderson has a sterling reputation and is a genuine blessing for our community.
