Dr. Robert Wilson gave me his undivided attention, answer any questions I had and explained test results with great expertise and detail in a way that I could understand. His actions not only gave me confidence that I was in good hands with a knowledgeable doctor, but also with a doctor that cares. Also, I???ve felt welcomed and cared for by the entire staff I interacted with. From the people that check me in, to the medical people that bring me back, to the nurses and to the people that check me out. All in all, everyone has represented this department by leaps and bounds and has exceeded my expectations great care, so far. And I thank everyone for for their sincere efforts to care for their cancer patients. Also, another nurse who usually works in a different area on the same floor, but who was helping out the last time I visited, was very caring and communicative. Her care extended past my expectations. She gave me her card and number in the case that I needed to call for a prescription refill request, even though I told her I do have a nurse and the kid assigned to me in the chemo department. I didn???t expect someone that doesn???t normally work in the office I was visiting to go above and beyond but some may do. She definitively demonstrated customer care!

Caring individuals dedicated to making your visit as pleasant as possible. Very impressive employees. Doctor was very smart sometimes talking about things I didn???t understand but tried his best to articulate what he was saying and what steps we were going to take.

The dr didn???t take time to talk, listen or review films or records although they had them. I was lied to when making the appointment but being told by an office manager that the doctor would see me for all my issues. They canceled the previous doctor???s apot and I needed to wait another 4 wks to waste my time with an awful p, non-caring surgeon.

Dr Wilson and his crew are amazing in getting right to it. Their care and patient outcome is first and foremost in their actions. The professional but down to earth approach in how they diagnose and show you exactly their findings and recommendations makes this experience amazing. His thorough exam and care for your outcome is exactly what you want in a doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Wilson and his staff for any of your needs. I enjoyed the experience of the staff and everyone that had an input in my procedure. It was the first time I had to have surgery and would recommend Dr. Wilson II and his team. I admit I went in feeling a little hesitant but after meeting everyone I felt that I was in safe hands and the reassurance made me at ease. Melissa, Sherri, and Dr. Wilson are some of the names I remembered but everyone that took part from the Check in, PRE-OP, O.R. to Discharge was amazing and I am very grateful for everyone and thank you for taking care care on me during my medical experience. Slow scheduling of follow up tests. Phone call info regarding medical tests not documented on my Baptist health. If someone is telling me I likely have cancer I???d like that to be the Dr and I???d like to have them already set up the blood specialist oncologist I need to speak to next since I may have questions before my biopsy

Dr. Crenshaw was thorough and took time to explain several thoughts on what the problem could be since he concluded upon reviewing the X-ray that it was not an orthopedic problem. He also referred me on for further testing. I appreciated his concern and followup.
